A collection of your key wedding day moments delivered in their full, uncut form, including: -Ceremony -First look -First dance -Speeches & toasts -Blessing / prayer -Special moments (as captured throughout the day) Each moment is preserved as it happened, without heavy storytelling edits or restructuring. Editing & Production Quality: -Professional color grading applied to all clips for a polished, consistent cinematic look -Basic audio enhancement (where available) -Clean trimming of start/end points for easy viewing Delivery -Delivered via online downloadable gallery -Organized into individual clips by moment for easy access and sharing -High‑resolution files for personal viewing and archiving * Important Note This collection focuses on full, minimally edited clips rather than a cinematic highlight film. It’s designed for couples who want to relive each moment in its entirety, with the added benefit of professional color and clarity.This package requires the presence of a second videographer to effectively capture multiple angles, simultaneous moments, and full coverage of key events. Availability and scheduling of an additional cinematographer must be confirmed in advance. Without a second videographer, full feature coverage and multi‑perspective storytelling may be limited.
Cancellation Policy
It is understood that Cinematic Imagery Films is the exclusive Videographer and/or Photographer retained by the client to cover the outlined event. Any conflicts with other photographic and/or video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client. Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Cinematic Imagery Films to photograph/video each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Cinematic Imagery Films will videotape, including photos. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Cinematic Imagery Films reserves the right to use videos and photos for display and or promotional purposes. All video masters, raw footage, and photographs remain the exclusive property of Cinematic Imagery Films. The client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Company’s portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style. The 50% retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or date change. The 50% retainer covers the time spent coordinating pre-event arrangements and securing a date that would otherwise be unavailable to other clients. The retainer will be applied toward the total amount billed. The remaining balance is due on the event date. If Cinematic Imagery Films fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or beyond the control of the client’s event, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God, and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Cinematic Imagery Films liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received.
