No. Your booked session time is reserved exclusively for filming and photography. We typically arrive 30–60 minutes early to scout the venue and prepare equipment. Breakdown takes place after your session concludes, so your scheduled coverage time is fully dedicated to capturing your moments.
My package includes a creative director and production assistant. What role will they play in my session?
Your Creative Director works with you prior to your shoot date to refine the vision — assisting with mood boards, styling guidance, and overall creative direction to ensure your session feels cohesive and intentional. On the day of your session, your Production Coordinator supports both logistics and on-set flow. They assist with posing guidance, timing, and behind-the-scenes coordination, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable while we focus on capturing every detail beautifully. Do you offer drone?
Drone coverage is available for aerial perspectives, weather and location permitting.
Do you provide sneak peek videos?
Yes. We offer short sneak peek videos 1–3 days after your wedding to relive special moments while you wait for your full film
Do you record audio for vows and speeches?
Yes. Our videography team captures clear audio of vows, toasts, and speeches, ensuring your film is both visually and emotionally immersive.
What is your delivery time for wedding films?
Standard delivery is 2-3 weeks.
How will I receive my videos?
Your films will be delivered via a secure Pixieset gallery, where you can view, download, and share your wedding film with loved ones. The gallery is designed for both convenience and quality, giving you easy access anytime. Please note: the gallery link will remain active for 4 weeks. We recommend downloading and securely backing up your files during that time, as we do not store raw or final footage long-term.
Can we choose the music for our wedding film?
Yes — we welcome your input. You’re invited to share songs, artists, or styles that reflect your personality. Final selections are made from licensed music libraries to ensure quality and legal use, but we always aim to match your vision and the emotion of your day.
Do you offer revisions to our wedding film?
Yes. Each package includes one revision round to ensure your film feels just right. We kindly ask that all requested changes be submitted at the same time during that revision window.
