Videography: • One Cinematographer for 8 hours Capturing the essential moments with cinematic clarity. • 2-5 Minute Cinematic Film that Highlights Your Entire Ceremony A full emotional narrative of your day — cinematic, immersive, and story‑driven. • One-Minute Trailer A powerful, social‑ready highlight. • Trailer Sneak Peek Available one week after the ceremony (or after your honeymoon), giving you an early glimpse of your film’s magic • Sound Design (Music and Lavalier (lav) Mics) Crisp vows, emotional moments, and immersive soundscapes. Photography: • One Photographer for 8 hours Your dedicated storyteller for the most meaningful parts of your day. • 48-72 Hour Preview Turnaround Time A beautifully curated preview delivered within 72 hours. • Minimum of 400+ Basic Professional Edits A comprehensive, polished collection documenting the entire day. • 15 Editorial Edits (High‑end, magazine‑style retouching ) High‑end, magazine‑quality retouching for your most iconic portraits. Includes: • Digital Downloadable Online Gallery A beautifully designed, downloadable gallery to easily share with loved ones. • One Wedding Production Coordinator for 8 hours Ensuring seamless flow, timing, and creative execution. • Cinema Camera Captured with the same technology used in film production for rich color, depth, and a truly cinematic feel. *Please set aside 30-45 mins for video concepts.
Cancellation Policy
It is understood that Cinematic Imagery Films is the exclusive Videographer and/or Photographer retained by the client to cover the outlined event. Any conflicts with other photographic and/or video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client. Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Cinematic Imagery Films to photograph/video each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Cinematic Imagery Films will videotape, including photos. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Cinematic Imagery Films reserves the right to use videos and photos for display and or promotional purposes. All video masters, raw footage, and photographs remain the exclusive property of Cinematic Imagery Films. The client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Company’s portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style. The 50% retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or date change. The 50% retainer covers the time spent coordinating pre-event arrangements and securing a date that would otherwise be unavailable to other clients. The retainer will be applied toward the total amount billed. The remaining balance is due on the event date. If Cinematic Imagery Films fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or beyond the control of the client’s event, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God, and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Cinematic Imagery Films liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received.
